Urban Renewal, 110 Apts

Location

Central Jerusalem

About the Project

Combining a tranquil pastoral ambience with easy access to the entire city, this urban renewal project by Lavi delivers significant added value for building residents and the entire neighborhood.

The project involves the demolition of two buildings with a total of 31 apartments, followed by the construction of two 12-story buildings with approx. 110 apartments, as well as a commercial area.

Located between Rehavia and Katamon, opposite the green Gazelle Valley and close to major attractions like the Israel Museum and Botanical Gardens, the project will include direct elevator access to the adjacent light rail station (blue line), making it simple for residents to travel anywhere in Jerusalem, and beyond.

This project is being performed in collaboration with Tidhar, which is ranked among Israel’s five largest private real estate groups.
