Tchernichovsky 51+53

Project type

Urban Renewal, 110 Apts

Location

Central Jerusalem

About the Project

Winding down a hillside between Katamon and Rehavia, scenic Tchernichovsky Street is ideally positioned for access to key Jerusalem attractions and the city center. This project is located further down the street from our development at 32 Tchernichovsky and shares many of the same advantages, from its desirable location between Rehavia and Katamon to its easy access to Jerusalem’s most sought-after destinations.

As the neighborhood has long struggled with transportation and parking issues, this new urban renewal project from Lavi will alleviate the problem by expanding the road and adding underground parking lots, while also increasing the number of apartments. Under this project, two buildings with a total of 37 apartments will be demolished, and replaced by two new 10-story buildings with approx. 110 apartments in total.

This solution will enhance the area’s accessibility for the entire neighborhood, in addition to improving residential quality.
