Galnach Urban Renewal Ltd.

Owned by Haggai Gelkop, Galnach Urban Renewal is a Jerusalem-based investment company that has been active in urban renewal for many years.

The Gelkop family was primarily known for owning hotels and shopping malls in Europe. This all changed around 10 years ago when the family, led by Haggai, entered the field of urban renewal through a partnership in Jerusalem’s first ever Demolish & Build (“pinui-binui”) urban renewal project, which gave them extensive experience in this complex field.

Haggai is following in the footsteps of his late father, who since the 1950s had acquired a sterling decades-long reputation as the owner and partner of Galnor Construction & Development as well as HaNeviim Hotel Construction.

Today, Haggai is pioneering further urban renewal projects in Jerusalem through both Galnach Urban Renewal and Lavi Urban Renewal.

ELAN GLOBAL GROUP

Established in 1961, Élan Global Group was involved in the very first “TAMA 38” urban renewal project in Jerusalem. The Group has amassed an impressive real estate portfolio, mainly focusing on high-growth markets in the USA and the most attractive, in-demand areas of Israel. This has enabled the Group to enjoy financial stability and maximize the improvement potential of every single property.

In recent years, Élan Global Group has also been engaged in several urban renewal projects, to which it applies its trademark high standards of American-style management, quality, and planning.
