About the Project
Located in the Beit HaKerem neighborhood at the heart of the city, this project is just steps from the light rail, with nearby stations including Mahane Yehuda Market, downtown Jerusalem, Shaare Zedek Medical Center, and Navon Train Station – which provides direct rail service to Tel Aviv, Herzliya, and Ben-Gurion Airport. It is also conveniently close to the new Highway 16, offering a direct connection to Highway 1, the main Jerusalem–Tel Aviv corridor.
By connecting the lots at HaMeshoreret 20 and Herzl 88, Lavi has created a unique urban renewal project that presents high-rise construction on bustling Herzl Boulevard, close to the light rail’s red line, while still maintaining the low-rise character of HaMeshoreret Street, including its wonderful trees and greenery.
The project involves demolishing two buildings with 8 and 16 apartments, and replacing them with two new buildings of 32 and 60 apartments, plus areas designated for public and commercial use.
This project enables residents to enjoy quiet pastoral surroundings near the historic Mount Herzl, as well as easy access to Israel Museum, National Library, the Givat Ram campus of the Hebrew University, and more.
