Lavi is undertaking an urban renewal project on Jerusalem’s Tchernichovsky Street – a scenic yet central hillside location between Rehavia and Katamon, a short distance from the Old City, First Station, Liberty Bell Park, and many more attractions.

After the existing 9-apartment building had been mired in legal struggles for more than 30 years, Lavi successfully resolved the situation with a solution that satisfied all residents and led to a signed agreement benefiting all parties.

The current building will be demolished and replaced by a 10-story building with dozens of new apartments that will be especially attractive to buyers.
